Cheap but moldy

Pros

Owners have been better than some I’ve encountered for sure, but not great. Communal roof top was nice mostly clean. Packages not stolen very often. Bike storage. Most rooms get sunlight.

Cons

I’ve seen bad black mold and got a skin condition bad because of it. They replaced the ceilings in one of the units because of it but I suspect it spread beyond just the ceilings. Used to be able to hear rats running around in the roof very loudly and at all times.
