Terrible management

Pros

Apt 1 is a great size and has a backyard. Great location as well.

Cons

The building seems like it’s about to fall apart. Management did the absolute minimum before we moved in to make it livable, and the longer we have lived here, the more issues have become clear beneath the purely aesthetic “renovations.” I’d be surprised if this house passed inspection.

Get this house up to code. It’s dangerous. Also don’t lie to your tenants.
