    Large apartment, fairly quick maintenance response.
    Cons:
    A lot of Rat and other bugs problems

    Code needed to enter building, halls are kept pretty clean, washer dryer on bottom floor
    Cons:
    •Thin walls
    •dryer sometimes doesn’t fully dry all of the clothes
    • many neighbors that smoke cigarettes and leave the butts around the stoop and sidewalk
