Terrible landlord who bullied us in a pandemic

Pros:
2 really big rooms and huge ceilings
Cons:
This landlord tried to make us pay 70% of the total collective rent if we wanted to renew our lease, which is illegal.
Due to the huge losses brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic a couple of us were late on rent- she threatened us with court and eviction and told us it would “get ugly” she doesn’t even live in New York. And it was illegal of landlords to evict tenants in the pandemic. She told us she would make sure we are unable to rent another place in New York ever again!
She continued to harass us constantly, and when we did pay the small sum we owed (less than $500) she stopped us from getting approved on a new lease for this reason, leaving us frantically scrambling to find another place to live in a pandemic. The emotional toll this had on us was really bad, and she didn’t care at all.
She also tried to charge us $2000 for an emotional support cat fee
Did not fix all the issues in the bathroom- mouldy wooden units with bugs and a broken tap in the kitchen
There is no fire escape either
The bathroom is terrible and disgusting
Advice to owner:
Stop illegally asking people to pay rent upfront
Stop threatening people with eviction and court in a PANDEMIC.
Stop using bully tactics on your tenants and threatening them
