Overall well managed

Pros:
Garbage collection and handling is good! Cameras by the hallways where packages are dropped off so no package theft happens. Newly renovated. Online portal to submit maintenance request and this new management (yht management) are actually pretty good at staying on top of requests submitted online
Cons:
One major problem, which the management is pretty good about handling, is that when it rains a lot the basement floods. The washer/dryer in building is kinda wack too, we just go to the laundromat which is half a block away
Advice to owner:
You need to flood proof your basement!

Quiet, clean, spacious
Cons:
Poor plumbing, electrical fire, landlord doesn’t handle issues with apartment for minths
