Unresponsive and Unhelpful Management

Pros

Close to the subway, great space and bedrooms, 2 baths, in-unit washer (no dryer), friendly neighbors, close to deli and other foods

Cons

Very thin floors and walls, Noise level from train and street is horrible, reoccurring people screaming and fighting at night, unresponsive management company, shady handyman sent for repairs, must be your own parts/bulbs to fix appliances/light fixtures, & Landlord having you pay for a shared electric meter (illegal)

Cons

Does not pass a toxic mold inspection. Caused me to go to hospital and lose my job and move in with family. 3 times hospital first 3 weeks.
