Unresponsive Management with Poor Communication

Pros:
Great natural light, no safety issues
Cons:
Had mold and leaks for almost entirety of lease. Management would take months to respond to this and would never follow up or offer any sort of concession.
50/50 on if I would receive USPS mail but packages would come.
Neighboring building often throws loud parties even on weeknights that go very late.
Top temperature of water was lukewarm at best for first 6 months but then became normal.
Windows have some small gaps which allows some ants to come in.
Also the units are very overpriced for not having any laundry in building.
Advice to owner:
Be responsive to your tenants. Actually follow up when issues are reported and respond in a timely matter.
