DO NOT RENT FROM BROOKLYN RENTS

Pros:
Although the properties are gut renovated, everything is built with a bandaid. Poor renovations and lack of care because this mgmt company owns about 65 other buildings. They do NOT care about the tenant and you can barely get a response from anyone in a crisis. The only time you will hear from them is a reminder when your rent is due and they overprice everything
AVOID THIS BUILDING AND COMPANY
