Honestly pretty great
Pros
The building is well-maintained and the owner seems to genuinely care about keeping it in good condition. The laundry in the building generally works pretty well. We've had zero serious pest problems in two years. The heat works almost too well. Quiet street and a shared back yard area.
Cons
Management can be tough to reach sometimes. The walls are pretty thin so be prepared to hear TV, singing, and intimate moments.
Advice to the owners
Don't raise rent an insane amount xx
