Decent Apartment Until Surprise Construction

Pros

I liked living there, convenient location, plenty of windows, lots of space. However, we had to surprisingly move out once surprise construction began next door.. I'm sure if it's done now, you'd like this building.

Cons

The surprise construction. Workers were allowed into our "private" backyard without any notice, which was alarming since a bedroom door went to the backyard.

Advice to the owners

Be very responsive to tenants when they communicate about emergencies, and also just let them know when work is being done nearby/in the building.
