    Place is okay but problems with management

    Pros:
    High ceilings Modernish look Decent area
    Cons:
    Poor and rude management noisy neighborhood leaks no central air dirty place upon moving in
    Advice to owner:
    A very rude owner named Joe that would argue back with tenants when regarding an issue in the house
