This is a nicely maintained, low-key pre-war walkup. The apartments are pretty big, with details like archways. The walls are thick enough so you don’t hear the neighbors. The live-in Super is very responsive. And the Q train is very close.
There is no elevator.
The owner of my apartment has been great in 2020, trying to help accommodate changing needs.
