    Pros:
    Cheap rent. Affordable, no rent increase, basically managing the property with rent myself.
    Cons:
    Fix it yourself, manage the property yourself, pay rent on time, and still get threatened to get evicted constantly.
    Advice to owner:
    Don't harass the tenants.
