Worse every year
Pros
Cheap rent. Affordable, no rent increase, basically managing the property with rent myself. ( update, they fought us in court for 2 years and now will sell and demolish the historical property that we maintqined to build condos, we are forced to move, if we didnt have a good lawyer we would not have been paid back for thr repairs)
Cons
Fix it yourself, manage the property yourself, pay rent on time, and still get threatened to get evicted constantly.
Advice to the owners
Don't harass the tenants.
