Pros:
Laundry in unit, secure front entry, great bathroom
Cons:
Terrible water leaks from ceiling that were never resolved, access door to roof came off hinges, radiators spraying water/steam, landlords take a long time to respond to issues, located quite far from any grocery store
Advice to owner:
Roof needs to be redone, ceilings and wiring in 3rd floor checked for mold/water damage
