Amazing neighbors and only three units, good square footage, private yard on first floor, close to train, restaurants, parks, post office, pharmacy, etc. Great location. Responsive landlord. Regular pest control. good size bedrooms.
no w/d, no dishwasher. bathroom relatively small but plenty of room considering its a new york bathroom. front bedroom is large but street-facing and can be loud.
