    Pros:
    Owners are lovely people and respond fast to issues. Quiet street in front. Nice light Close to transit
    Cons:
    No in building washer/dryer Townhouse behind this building is a short term rental and gets loud on weekends.
    Advice to owner:
    N/a they are great people
