Next to Fath Knows Best

Pros

I loved how close it was to the L train, and a few local neighborhood bars and spots

Cons

I struggled not living near any groceries stores (having to do last minute shopping at bodegas). Also the washer and dryer is in building but always broken - but a place is in walking distance so i just used that

Advice to the owners

It should be amazing if you got the washer/dryer fixed (maybe you already did -- its been some time since ive lived here)
