it's pretty good, all considered

Pros:
right by the J but not too noisy for it, there's a wonderful laundromat around the corner. relatively clean, esp since it's just a 3 unit building. central A/C.
Cons:
no dishwasher. management left a dead mouse corpse in the hot water closet of our apartment during a heatwave which smelled so wonderful.

loud neighbors and loud street noise—that’s why it’s so convenient
