Great Management, Well Maintained Building

Pros

Kept clean, management was responsive and kind, never experienced any water damage issues or pest problems

Cons

walls were very thin so noise from neighbors was frustrating, 1 washer/dryer not enough for # of tenants in building, security deposit return took ages

clean entryway, washing machine in basement, on a mostly quiet street, cute little yard, nice neighbors

Cons

bug infestation with no action from property manager, flooding in lower apartments multiple times a year with no response from property manager, mold in heating/cooling systems, washing machine does not always drain correctly causing the need for multiple runs in the dryer, extremely long response time for maintenance requests.
