Old three story building on nice residential block.
Pros
Small building with only 6 units. High ceilings. Railroad units.
Cons
Oldish building, not very well maintained. Old, non functional power outlets are visible throughout the units. Walls have outdated texture. Backyard is moist and in full shade, nothing grows there - trees need trimming.
Advice to the owners
Update the apartments to reflect monthly rent. Trim trees and hire a super who knows what their are doing.
