    Cons:
    Took 8 months to return security deposit
    Went days without heat in the winter
    Complete unresponsiveness
    Unsafe Conditions
    Filthy living space upon move in
    Toilet out front for months

    cheap rent, amazing roofs, amazing neighborhood
    Cons:
    the management is completely MIA, they use a BS email and screen calls, unit was not cleaned before our moving in, still battling to receive security deposit back, they literally called an old tenant of our unit from three years prior when they meant to contact us
