Sexist management, pest problem, and way too expensive for what you gwt
Former Tenant
Pros:
New build with central air
Cons:
The management is rude, not very responsive, and sexist?? The laundry room is never going to get done. It’s way too expensive for what you get. There’s a pest problem and there was already damage to the unit before I even moved in as the first tenant. Way too expensive for living in a neighborhood with a pest problem with few food or entertainment options. You can find a better apartment that’s bigger and cheaper elsewhere.

Terrible sound isolation and communication
Former Tenant
Pros:
••• newly-renovated ••• good heating and cooling in each room - we'll see how it is in the winter... ••• good options for trains (J/Z/C/L all within walking distance)
Cons:
••• probably the most annoying thing is that the walls were constructed with sheets of 1-ply toilet paper. they're simply for show, cause they keep absolutely no noise out. it's fine if you don't mind wearing noise cancelling headphones all the time. ••• management lied about laundry room in all of the apartment listings! they said it will be built "soon," but five months later and they still haven't even started construction. ••• no natural light in living room or kitchen - it's basically like living in a cave if you're not in one of the bed rooms ••• communication with the property manager is seriously lacking ••• like with most things, prominent "cons" can quickly outweigh even the best of "pros" - I certainly won't be renewing my lease
