    Basement flooding with each heavy rain
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Access to a large backyard space
    Cons:
    The drain on the first floor are horrible. Not big enough to push out heavy rain. More than once we were flooded out with incessant of rain water in our basement.
    Advice to owner:
    Create bigger drainage system for rain water.
