It was gut renovated so it was brand new when we moved in.
Absolutely shotty job with the gut renovation. Dealt with holes so that brought on mice. The landlord also didn't pay the heat and hot water bill multiple times so we often didn't have hot water some months which was a pain. When we finally moved out they didn't give us our security deposit back for 3 months.
