Don't live here
Pros
Close to train. Backyard. Quiet. Good Size.
Cons
Not worth the price. Epitome of the "landlord special." Doors to the bedroom wouldn't even shut when I moved in because doorknobs were installed wrong. In the lease agreement I selected I wanted bars on my windows because I lived on the first floor. It took them six months to do it. They told me it takes really long to make custom window bars, but when they finally installed it, it was clearly an indoor window bar they spray painted black and then screwed on. It was not even welded. Additionally the apartment doesn't get very much light and definitely feels like a basement. There were a few times when someone rung my doorbell in the middle of the night. I asked the super if he could check the camera for me. The camera didn't pick up anyone and he got mad at me saying it was a waste of his time. He also refused to check the camera when my packages were stolen. Like isn't this his exact job? The bathtub clogs constantly and also poop comes up through the drain. The heat in the winter is very expensive, and it's like the back wall of the house isn't insulated at all. You can feel the cold air coming in through the plugs. The people that work for the landlord are disrespectful and rude. Surely for this price you can find something better.
