    walk up and no roof access

    Pros:
    Nice neighbors, responsive management company, maintenance is quick. Would recommend. Laundry in unit.
    Cons:
    Lived here two years: only ever encountered 2 roaches during the summertime and pest control was quick to act. Never saw anymore. The shared walls are a little thin, you can hear your neighbors. No roof access. Electric bill can be expensive due to Heating and air.
    Advice to owner:
    Allow roof access. This would make a huge difference.
