Disorganized management company

Pros:
Decent sized bedrooms, updated kitchen and bathrooms.
Cons:
Mold issues and plumbing issues. Water damaged and mold underneath wooden floors that wouldn’t be remedied by the landlord until the floor began buckling. After being told several times there wasn’t any mold, finally the place was tested and it was indeed mold all under the floor and seeping into the air. Management was slow to support until complaints were filed.

Pros:
Only three apartments, relatively updated and clean. When owner does respond, repairs are done by professional. Owner is reasonable and will work with you.
Cons:
Owner was at times cheap, unresponsive, unprofessional. Rented apartments to anyone who would pay, no checks whatsoever. I found out that a violent crime happened on the property right after I moved out, which was why I moved--didn't feel value. Overpriced.
Advice to owner:
Actually care about your tenants.
