NOTHING at all
Everything the landlord is a slum lord the place has open violations. She get people by offering child care and that’s the only way you get rent from her. She have the kids out late at night and walking every where . She is a hoarder she very cheap. House is deteriorated and she did nothing about it
Take care of your property and that money isn’t everything.
