Pest problem
Pros
Access to train, and grocery store. Able to sit outside and get fresh air. Neighborhood is friendly.
Cons
Landlord never turned the hallway lights on The hallway looks as if you’re in prison, is not welcoming There is a BAD rodent problem on the first floor. Landlord moves at his own pace Price food rent does not match price of housing
Advice to the owners
When tenants ask for help, please do so. They are paying rent to live comfortably... you are going to keep losing tenants. Stop being lazy.
