Landlord doesn’t know how to communicate and will harass you for Illegal payments Nothing has been fixed in this apartment in two years last time I’ve seen the landlord she tried to spit on me very nasty human I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and everyone in his building seem like their family I also think that someone’s living out of the basement very nasty I also have mice water bugs and the backyard is disgusting it leaves a funny smell throughout the apartment and very dirty back there 🤮 no one ever comes to clean the front yard or the backyard The building floors are dirty walls are dirty don’t have proper mailboxes Doorbells doesn’t work peek wholes can’t see out of horrible horrible place to call a home for your family!!!
