Pros:
NONE!!I have nothing good to say but that I moved out.
Cons:
Everything!!THE WORST LIVING CONDITIONS.Never cleans the building even with COVID-19 going on.Do not pull the garbage ,leaves garbage all over ground .I wish I could upload pictures of that place..Hanging out in front of building all day and night and none of those guys even live in the building.Drinking, smoking ,music playing in front building All day an night.she don’t even open the basement so Con-Ed can read the meter. They just keep sending us Estimated bills and it ran us all in the building 700 dollars and more..Never no heat, we had to buy heaters to stay warm and call 311
Advice to owner:
Sell the building so they can knock it down.And she needs to be arrested!
