Rented a lemon that couldn’t make lemonade Frat House
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newly renovated, had a maid service once a week.
Cons:
Landlord will break lease at anytime. Bugs get inside the house and mouse. You have to live with landlord family members who are very rude also air B and B guest. All year/Summer time theres a lot of parties in backyard and you will not get any sleep or respect for the noise. Landlord basically has personal and not professional judgement when handling tenants. You have to clean after people on commonly used area of apartment. You can’t have guest over can barely use living room or backyard because of landlord family members and landlord who Mini manages your apartment and landlord doesn’t even live on property if you wanna use back yard landlord makes you pay to use it for anything. I wouldn’t recommend living here I would recommend a short stay. You don’t have any tenant rights at this location at all.
Advice to owner:
…..seek professional help find someone to landlord or etc. don’t Personally be a landlord. Unprofessional
