Decent landlord but horrible tenants
Pros
Right near train station Bus stops in front building Always has vacancies Landlord is very good at getting stuff fixed Decent rent Accepts programs
Cons
Too many drug dealers in building Roach infestation Small bedrooms Packages always getting stolen Hallway cameras are just a show they don’t work
Advice to the owners
Get working cameras and anytime a tenant complains about drug dealers doing it right in hallways put a stop to it
