Roach and mice infested, money hungry Slamlord, does nothing to this place

None, looking for a place, the buildings dep needs to shutdown this building
Cons:
Landlord is rude justed after money, building is very dirty
Advice to owner:
Sell the building you cannot afford to up keep it I'm currently searching for a place, you're running everyone out

Nothing at all lol all tenants hated living here and don’t last more than a year
Cons:
This place was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Roaches and mice everywhere no matter how clean you were. Mice running through the walls at night everything. Water always gets shut off due to “maintenance” during the hot summers. Landlord is the most passive aggressive woman who’s ever existed and doesn’t care what u go throw because she lives in a doorman building. Typical privileged white woman in America. -10000000/10
Advice to owner:
Find a better career if your not going to care about the tenants clearly your in it for the quick money.
