    Pros:
    Landlord and neighbors are super nice, perfect spot for families
    Cons:
    Roaches, mice, etc
    No roof access
    Hallways and entryways are always nasty and smell like cigar smoke

    Walking distance from laundry and J train
    Cons:
    Rats, Mice, Waterbugs, Drug Dealers, Worst Postal Service Ever, Terrible Super
    Advice to owner:
    All these cons need to be fixed ASAP
