One of the worst rentals in NYC.
Pros
access to a backyard and the bodega down the block.
Cons
-missing smoke detectors in bedrooms -mold under sink -bathroom sink vanity was broken -air vents were clogged -broken doors -kitchen ceiling was cracked -it smelled so terrible in there. previous tenants had pets that urinated on the hardwood floor. landlord refused to clean it up. -neighbors blasted music till 5am on weekends and holidays -landlord was extremely dismissive, rude, and refused to do any repairs.

do your job.

The space was filthy when landlord committed to cleaning prior to move in. There was an intense cat urine smell and mold.
