Run worst place I’ve ever experienced ever

Pros:
Gave me shelter for the little time I had to be there
Cons:
This building was infected by mice/rats and the landlord pretended not to know anything. Also every morning the landlord would pretend she was cleaning with some cleaner, some how the cleaner would always be on the door handle. Whatever the substance was would have a nasty smell and stay on your hand all day. She went as far as cutting off the electricity to the house so we can move…
Advice to owner:
Sell and let someone actually take care of the property
