Close to train and only 2 other units.
Pest control should be a big priority but sadly it is not. In addition the kitchen should have been sanitize and clean before tenants move in. The only person touching your mail should be the mail person and yourself.
Having a safe environment is a must with tenants. Worry about the tenants health and living comfortablely not just their money.
