Pros:
The building itself is in a relatively safe neighborhood.
Cons:
Not only is the building not properly maintained, it has been subdivided so you’re actually getting an apartment that is not legally considered an apartment.
Advice to owner:
Instead of being greedy and dishonest, invest that time and attention to actually running a proper building with necessity such as, but not limited, to garbage management, mice control, working doorbells, and a security system in place.
