Nice size, great community, the cons can be overlooked really
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet block until the summertime then it’s live. The churches on the corner provide excellent services, the willingness to share with community is beautiful. Big family vibes. The call to prayer by the masjid is a call to meditation it’s calming, non invasive and very welcomed. A few blocks away from the A and J makes for great travel options into the city.
Cons:
The church on the corner sing LOUD. And I mean LOUD. The addition of the traffic light on the next block has added unnecessary traffic and traffic associated noises can be hella annoying. Thin walls, private convos can be overheard.
Advice to owner:
N/A Idk I don’t own a home.
