A DJ is attached to the building
Pros
I liked the convenience of location.
Cons
the building shares it's backyard with an entire DJ organization and every night into the morning, especially during the summer and holidays there is non stop music so loud that you can't even think. The building also harbors some pretty nasty tenants who have been there for years and aren't welcoming.
Advice to the owners
Please care more for your tenant requests instead of mainly catering to airbnb hosts. Also hire an actual superintendent to clean and maintain the building.
