Cheap, spacious rooms, overall nice house layout and design
Landlord only cares about money, will rent to just anybody. Doesn’t respect women. If you are a woman or just not a cis/straight male, do not rent with this owner. No one knows what his name really is because he told us all different names.
Be nicer to women.
