Needs better Landlord/Superintendent
Pros
It’s a small building. You barely see other tenants.
Cons
Landlord does not reply on time. If something gets broken in apartment or there is leaking from the ceiling or a hole in the wall. Landlord doesn’t fix until 1 year has passed or 2 but still requires rent in full and on time when little to no work is done by the landlord or superintendent.
Advice to the owners
Have better maintenance of building and better communication to tenants.
