The area is quite.

Cons

Have mice and in the ceiling, roaches and spiders. Landlord complains about everything . Landlord keeps mails. Will charge 200 extra for using ac in the SUMMER. Doesn’t want you to have guest. Always stomping upstairs. Really huge car always in the drive way very annoying to bring in groceries and laundry etc. ceiling always have leaks. Doors doesn’t close properly. Won’t allow out of town company to stay a night. Wants you to pay rent with cash and doesn’t provide receipt.
