Landlord is problematic

Pros:
-don’t have a lot of neighbors so it’s easy to get to know them
-the building is usually quiet and don’t mind noises if having guests over
Cons:
-landlord is extremely rude ,unprofessional and a liar (scum landlord)
-whenever asking the landlord about any complaints or issues, he makes it hell to get things repair
-the landlord does not care about his tenants and only cares about getting his rent and will even harass you each month for rent
-There is no building number on this building so be sure to write directions for food deliveries, etc
-They have a mailbox but only the landlord and his son has the key and will weekly distributed it and refused to provide tenants mailbox key. (Don’t recommend having any mails but sending packages are okay)
- I would never recommend anyone living here, apartments has too many issues.
