    Outside and Corridor is clean to portray good condition.
    Cons:
    No privacy, No Mail box access, Landlord tamper with mail, Missing Mail, Stocking Tenant, Increase Rent with notice, Forceful Eviction
    Advice to owner:
    No need to advice her because she is evil and enjoy harrasing people and then play victim
