    Run as fast as you can!!!!!

    Pros:
    Convenient area, Great food places around
    Cons:
    Mouse/rat infestation , roach infestation, problems barely get fixed, always a problem with the water/drains, landlord doesn’t take responsibility and wants to overcharge for apartments.
    Advice to owner:
    Be a better landlord that whole building is disgusting
