It’s getting worse

Pros:
It used to be okay
Cons:
No heat at all. In the lobby sometimes you find heat but in the apartments there’s none. When they turn it on it’s just for about 5 minutes and it’s gone. Management ignores complaints. Don’t answer your phone calls or emails.
