    Slum landlords from another country

    Pros:
    Everything is close by stores buses train
    Cons:
    The owner don't care about nobody there's alot of things going on in the building bad plumbing bad wiring a lot of mouse and roaches people in and out of the building all day loud noise coming from people apartments
    Advice to owner:
    You need to fix your building up to code
