My experience living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is a very nice guy and is always there when I call him
Cons:
We get no heat. Guys smoking in the hallway. Homeless guy sleeping on the steps. Guess hanging in front of the building in the summer. People running on the roof.
Advice to owner:
Be more considerate to your tenants

The owners are hoping that East Flatbush gets gentrified!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Never had a package stolen! And neighbors are friendly as multiple generations have lived in the building.
Cons:
Lots of pests! Cockroach infestations and mice! People who don't live in the building like to loiter outside and in the foyer. The heat can be terrible throughout the winter. The lock on front door is faulty and needs to be replaced.
Advice to owner:
Renovate every apartment in the building!

Loitering & gang central
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super keeps a clean building; good location
Cons:
Outside visitors cause a mess. Too much loitering. Police presence required on block
